Dear friends,

I am hereby writing this petition to the president of the People’s Republic in China to let him know that the issue of animal rights must be addressed as soon as possible.

Exclusive: Punish thugs that cut dog’s ears off and posed for photos!

Too many innocent animals are suffering senselessly each day in the country; their life is nothing short of a nightmare: they are frequently chased around for their food, hit with shovel or cooked in broad daylight. Pet dogs are no longer safe in their homes, they are snatched by professional thieves, who have trained to get in and out in less than 60 seconds. This is no life for man’s best friend.

I hope you are with me. The situation has gone too far. For years, leaders like yourself have promised to deal with this issue, yet no solution has been adopted. For the safe of all the animals in China, we must act now. Animal protection laws are mandatory, as things cannot continue as they are.

The video attached to this petition was filmed in Jiagouli Village, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province at the beginning of this year. It is a testimony for what these dogs are going through every single day.

Please be a voice for these animals – sign and share the petition today and speak up!
