Dog parks in India

The pet dogs have nowhere to go! They like to be in nature, run, play, exercise, roll on the grass without the leash. Every park in India forbids their entry and the saddest part is that the Government puts up the notice - Dogs are not allowed! What kind of Ministry is this that doesn't understand the needs of animals and birds? How will we change the society if the Rulers of this country set a bad example for the general public that is not very educated and sensitive about these issues? Please provide the pet dogs with beautiful parks to enjoy themselves. Make special parks for them in every area where the owners don't have to fight with people to let their dogs free!
