A video showing a heartless thug throwing and innocent kitten over the power lines in Venezuela has emerged online and has got everyone outraged.

The person recording the video can be heard bursting in laughter as the cat is thrown in the air by his merciless friend.

The man abusing the kitten finds this very funny and says that they want the kitten to fly and then mercilessly throws the terrified animal into the air.
